25 David González Quevedo Demencia y Enfermedad de Alzheimer en luxación de cadera Actualidad Médica · Número 803 · Enero/Abril 2018 Páginas 22 a 25 CONCLUSIONES Como conclusión, tanto la presencia de demencia como de enfermedad de Alzheimer es un factor de riesgo a un año para la luxación de la artroplastia parcial de cadera en el paciente anciano. La identificación de estos pacientes, podría ser útil para evitar esta complicación de la intervención y que se asocia con una elevada morbimortalidad. BIBLIOGRAFÍA 1.
