Supl. 15-44 CONCLUSIONES El tratamiento de elección en los aneurismas de aorta abdomi- nal yuxtarrenal continúa siendo la cirugía abierta, dadas sus acepta- bles resultados en cuanto a morbi-mortalidad en comparación con las crecientes técnicas endovasculares. No obstante, es importante realizar un adecuado estudio de cada paciente, con el fin de deter- minar qué técnica quirúrgica será la más idónea en cada caso. BIBLIOGRAFÍA 1.
