Preservación hipotérmica del intestino delgado
experimentales utilizados. Ambas limitaciones hace necesaria
la precaución en la interpretación de los resultados. A pesar de
estas limitaciones, nuestro estudio contribuye a la necesidad
de replantear nuevos estudios en el diseño y mejora de nuevas
soluciones de preservación que cumplan los requerimientos de
la infusión intraluminal en la preservación del intestino delgado
y posterior éxito del trasplante. El empleo y modificación de
soluciones de amplio uso hospitalario (SS y RL) pueden constituir,
en nuestra opinión, en excelente punto de partida. Finalmente,
hasta donde sabemos, es pionero en la utilización de la MEB en la
valoración topográfica del daño tisular inducida por la isquemia fría.
